Hello! I’m Elena Yasmine, and I help busy people develop healthy habits and build a personalized relationship with food. 


I understand you better — I’ve lived that life: constant business trips, eating on the go and in airports, weeks of surviving on sandwiches and chocolate, and only five hours of sleep a night.

To yourself and food — with love

Perhaps, this is how I would describe the main principle that guides me in my work. Habits are better than diets: you will see how it works, and the acquired skills will stay with you forever. 
 
For many years, I worked in media — it was important to me to give people access to the truth and inspire them to take action for better life. Unfortunately, 20+ years of working in media and NGOs didn’t help me make people happier or freer 🙁 

In my work as a coach specializing in nutrition and stress management,
I see results right away.
